Preschool Graduation

Parker had his preschool graduation yesterday and he looked pretty cute. Below are some pictures from the grand event.

Also I am pretty excited to announce that we are staying in Utah! Shon was "placed" on Friday through CES. For those of you who don't know how the CES program works, I'll fill ya in. During the hiring process, Shon and I met with quite a few CES personnel, one of which asked us if we would be willing to go anywhere. We said yes, but would rather stay where we are. After you are hired, basically they (meaning the head CES guys) let you know you could find out where you are going anywhere between the next week and the next couple of months. So, its a waiting game. On Friday, Shon got a phone call that told him he would be teaching at Lone Peak High School in Alpine. We are pretty thrilled.
We went to a New Hire meeting on Monday, where we sat next to a couple who had been assigned on Friday also. They are being sent to Washington state. She is due the 3rd week of June and they have to be there no later than the 2nd week of June. Needless to say, we are very blessed to be in Utah, where we have desired to be.

Anyways, enough of that, here's our adorable little graduate.

Here's the graduating class of 2008:

  1. Congratulations on the job! We're glad you get to stay!

Cute pictures. Preschool is so much fun!

  2. Congrats to Parker!! That is awesome that Shon will be teaching at Lone Peak. Love ya!

  3. Adorable pictures! And so fun that you get to stay near your family.

  4. I am just a tad bit prejudice--but he is the cutest kid in the class, and I am SURE he is the smartest too. I am very very very very glad you are staying in Utah. Did I get enough very's in there?
