This is her laughing because Ev just told her what is was that she was opening..
Then, without breakfast (her choice, and who wouldn't want a birthday breakfast is my question....) we headed to church. After church grandma and grandpa came for dinner and to give Em her present.
She chose Blueberry Sour Cream Pie instead of cake (my kind of girl). Park also made her a special birthday desert,complete with graham crackers, white chocolate, sprinkles and frosting in the muffin tins. Grandma and Grandpa were so gracious and even had some of his dessert too!
We couldn't get her to be serious for these pictures! Oh well, it was her birthday, right?
I asked her as she was going to sleep if the day was all that she had wished for, and what her favorite present was. She said it was the best birthday and she 'loves all of her presents the same'. That made me a happy mommy - there is nothing better than to see your little girl so happy on their big day. We love you Em!
