So Blessed

photo-ksl.com

I was driving home from work today, listening to the coverage on Haiti. I was in shock as I listened to stories and accounts of the aftermath. I looked around at all of us drivers in our comfy-cozy cars and I was struck by the stark differences we live in. Not only is Haiti the poorest nation on the western hemisphere but now tens of thousands have lost their lives or are unaccounted for. Most of those that are alive and accounted for are now homeless. So, as I rode home in my heated car, to my safe, warm home, and was welcomed home by those I love most, my problems seemed a little more manageable.

Please pray for those that have been hit so hard by this tragedy.
